Hi, recently I migrated to joomla 3 and bought your News 2 template. I like it a lot, but I have a component that doesn`t work good - Xmap for sitemap.
I used it in my previous Joomla version and tried to uninstall it to be able to migrate to Joomla 3. It dissappeared from my components, but I received some kind of error. Than after the successful migration, I tryied to reinstall the J3 compatible version of Xmap. I get message that installation is successfull, but the Xmap doesn`t appear in my components and I can`t use it. At the same time the Xmap plugins are installed properly.
I don`t have any problems with my other components.
I am guesing the problem is not in News 2 template, but I would appreciate to give me some idea how to fix this. Maybe to delete all old Xmap files manually and try again or something else. I don`t know.

Hi dude,
but XMAP is a component and we cannot support it.
On my sites it works. But sure is have to re-installed sometimes.
But please notice that his developer didn't make any updates since long time.
So maybe it's time to change point of view?

Ok, I saw it installed and I enabled it and it reappeared in my components, but I get the following error: An error has occurred.
500 Table 'zdravduh_test1.jos_xmap_sitemap' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT COUNT(*) FROM jos_xmap_sitemap AS a LEFT JOIN jos_viewlevels AS ag ON ag.id = a.access WHERE (a.state = 0 OR a.state = 1) Table 'zdravduh_test1.jos_xmap_sitemap' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT a.*,ag.title AS access_level FROM jos_xmap_sitemap AS a LEFT JOIN jos_viewlevels AS ag ON ag.id = a.access WHERE (a.state = 0 OR a.state = 1) ORDER BY a.title asc LIMIT 0, 20 Table 'zdravduh_test1.jos_xmap_sitemap' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT COUNT(*) FROM jos_xmap_sitemap AS a LEFT JOIN jos_viewlevels AS ag ON ag.id = a.access WHERE (a.state = 0 OR a.state = 1)

How do you think is the problem in my database, or in this component. By changing views you mean to put another sitemap component I guess, but this is the only good and free one for now. Thanks for the off topic help anyways. :)

How do you think is the problem in my database, or in this component.

First, probably after migration something went wrong.
But I see one solution:
1) Uninstall component
2) Clean in database all his tabels
3) Install again and generate sitemap.

but this is the only good and free one for now.

So if you don't have $$ to buy a better this is the only option, to fix what you have now.

Thanks, recently I bought 3 paid services for my website - one of them is membership here. And I wish I could use this one for free.
