Login-Button on top not shows

Hi.

After new Install my Joomla 1.5.22 I install the "Car Magazine"- Theme.
On the top of the page I can't see the Login-Button.
The Register-Button is shown.
In Templatemanager the Login and Register-Button are active.
Must I install a extra plugin?

I hope any user can help me....
