Univ template: add core, add/enable plugins to existing site

Support help forum dedicated to free and commerical templates for Joomla 3 and 2.5 version.

latest joomla 3.4, jomsocial 4.1, VM 3,
after manually add univ template core, plugins, I got
this homepage got almost nothing
