Gavick template + Techjoomla comp

Greetings.
I use (M)Social and some components as jomsocial and Techjoomla components. The Techjoomla components are bootstrap based layouts. But I want to use the template css for them. Well, it's a mess when I using them without bootstrap on, and I really need your support to make them look good. Please advice and support.
