banners not showing in GK MUSICSTATE template

Hi Guys,

need help on posting banners for the musicstate template. I have set up banners, client, banner modules all right but for some reason it does not show in any module position I assigned it to. Please help. This is the website http://misslistings.com/

About banners:

- You have only one pulished banner module and it's attached to a page which is not used on Your site so there is no way it can be seen
- When I selected to show it in "Photos" page I've notices that banners shows (at least alt text) but there is no images for them on the server. For example: images/banners/onebigbanner.jpg No file found.
