Menu Change- Univeristy

Hello, I'd like to know if its possible to change the menu on my current project. Im using the University template but id prefer having a menu that follows the user as they scroll down or up, similar to the storefront of creativity menus. The current Univeristy Menu is difficult to use at times.

You could "fix" the menu to top of the browser...
Please edit: /templates/gk_university/css/override.css and add at its end:

#gkHeaderNav {position: fixed;}


but this will not help much as the element is opaque and will not be well readable. Other changes (design) needs to be done to make it looks fine.

Remember to enable "CSS override" in template settings - advanced section.

Could you provide simple code for a white background on the menu header as well as a shadow behind it?
