Meet Gavern - menus don't open on hover on index page

Hello,

I have used the Meet Gavern template on our sailing website http://www.hangoregattan.fi
and I have a problem like follows:
When on the index page/startpage the hover to expand menus don't work until I go to any other page - now the work
The INFO menu-item has submenues under it but the don't become visible until a user first goes to any other page.
If the user then goes back to the start page the problem comes back

EDIT:
The submenues only expand if you once click the root item

Is there some setting I've overlooked?

Probably there is a kind of JavaScript error on your frontpage (maybe conflict with some 3rd party extension) but without URL to your website it will be hard to find out what may be wrong.

The URL is in the post - first line!
AND it't not just the start page
It's on every page if I'm not on the menu page that has the submenus

I've just checked your menu on iPad and all is working fine, please look at attachment

On the ipad it works. BUT not mac/safari

Here you can preview the video from safari/mac where also all is working fine.

Thanks but you stil have it in mobile mode - the menu is collapsed
I have the menu fully visible - like all items side by side
In this mode the hover doesn't function

I see validation error in your gk.menu.js file - did you change anything in this file? Could you overwrite this file with the latest version from our repository?

I just replaced the new file with the one downloaded from your site and the error still is there

What is interesting now there is no console error from gk.menu.js file, could you show me screenshot with the menu item and its child settings?

I just changed the module in the main menu to show child items - yes
And now it works
