Meet Gavern - Mainbody & Modules

I have some problems with the Meet Gavern Template.
Hope you can help.

I am working on this site: http://campercentrumnederland.nl/test/

1. When I post modules in Mainbody they don't show up. Only exception is the Homepage. Problem with that is that I have a gap on every page. Like here: http://campercentrumnederland.nl/test/i ... /vwcampers

2. Then like in the DEMO (http://joomla30.gavick.com/index.php/module-variations) I want to have 3 or four next to each other. Now the just go under each other. Like here: http://campercentrumnederland.nl/test/i ... pers/davis

I suggest to use "mainbody_top" than "mainbody" module position or other from list.

Is there any way of posting modules to the main body position on pages other than the home page (like the override option in other templates)?

I guess I could great a duplicate of the the whole template and assign it to that Menu item, but this will confuse the client.

Happy to hack the code. I only need it for one other root menu item.

I tried publishing the module to the mainbody position on another menu item, but it doesn't display. The K2 item still displays, not the module.

I also tried changing the menu item to point to a standard Joomla article, but that didn't work either.

I have private messaged you the URL, username and password to check out my setup.

I'll post any results here for others to find.
