If you want to reproduce the demo content visible at demo.gavick.com please install the Quickstart package (ones with "_quickstart" in the name).

for the first template everything is fine, the second does not install

Did you tried to install the one template quickstart in another template quickstart or you have created a separated installations from quickstarts?

You cannot do it, because it is impossible - the quickstart package contains the whole Joomla! installation - so it can be installed once.
