lang templets

hi,
i installed 2 languige and i would like to make the site : rtl and ltr.

i now how to do it but i would like to make a difrent css files to rtl and ltr.

english - ltr
hebrew - rtl

i soo that there is templet.css in the theme file and templet_rtl.css file.
i dont know how to say for the theme to be rtl in hebrew in order to make the changes in the css....

Please tell me which template are You using. Not all or templates templates are supporting RTL.
