Music Free Footer Menu Mobile/pad issue

Hi,
testing out the Gk Music free template,

I have a menu in the footer position, that all works ok.
When it is viewed on a pad or phone the little menu icon appears which is right but I cannot get the menu to pop up when it is clicked, nothing happens.

On the Demo coding i can see a difference in the code, in mine i am missing the following lines of code with option values inside:
<select id="gkFooterMenu">Option values in here</select>

This appears directly below <ul class="menu">

I have not done anything other than make a menu and then a menu mod and assign to footer_nav
Is there a module style i should attach?

Thanks for the PM, it seems like the menu icon is unclickable now, I have checked and found an issue with javascript:

TypeError: document.id("gkToolbar") is null
[Break On This Error]

if(document.id('gkToolbar').getElement('ul')) {

Can you please provide FTP access for me to debug it?

That seems to be the issue, i noticed that it was only the home page that the footer menu never worked,
