My Store

Hello, I create a web site using My Store template. When I request the url, the page wait data server for 27 sec. This happened in my other site.
Anyone know how can I optimize the load time?.

You can try to use cache, please look at our wiki - wiki.gavick.com for tutorial how to configure it with our templates. In addition, you can try to compress CSS files and use some tools like 'pingdon' to check details in load time.

I'm having the same problems with my template (YourStore). I have other Joomla websites on that server that aren't loading slow. The site chews up 100% CPU and takes about 15-20 seconds to load. I've exhausted every possibility and even turned off all my modules - the site still took 12 seconds to load.

I switched to the beez template and the site loaded fine. I also recreated the Gavick template using traditional tempalte standards (avoiding the Gavick framework) and the site loaded fine.

I'm quite confident it's the Gavick framework.

Did you get the same problems when you visit our demo site ? Lot's of users use this template and no one complain about loading performance, as you can see on package size the template is very light and if you don't make lot of custom changes it should work like on our demo site.
