Fuzzy Logo

Hi I have a page using the this template here: http://www.shaid.org.uk/joomla16b/. However the logo/text is fuzzy. I have checked the image in the same browser and that is fine - I cant what is altering the image properties to create the fuzzy text and logo

Please help
