A Little Help Please! 2nd Request!

Hi Folks.
Won't lie to you, I'm kind of dissapointed. I could use some help with this problem.

I tried a clean install of the template and basically none of the positions I tested below H1 and H2 work on the homepage. I need to fix this asap please. Please help! Here's the thread in question.
