No popup for VirtueMart cart TOS

Hi!, I can't figure it out what is teh issue with my cart and the TOS popup!. It seems some kind of JS framework issue wit I really can't dicover whats is going on.

The issue is in this web https://it.mgscreativa.com.ar/gomatodo/ ... &view=cart
The TOS text gets displayed in the cart view bit not wrapped into a popup, thets because I'm getting

TypeError: SqueezeBox is undefined

Please advise, I need to fix this!

Hi! I think the issue is with the modal.js file. If I disable it from "JavaScript files settings" template tab setting, it works...

Can you please check it out for me? Just in case it's a bug, to get it smashed!

I can't since now it's working fine, probably aftr Your last change, but please try reverse it and in VM settings switch Fancybox ON/OFF. Check how this window acts than.
