Cart Not Showing

Cart is not showing, everything is setup as documented on the site. I did note that the location for Cart was not showing up in the options for gk_Box so I added it to the xml. Please advice what else may be needed.

Hello, and thanks for responding. My mistake, it is the impatient side of me I will keep that in mind next time - no bumping.

On the URL side, it is on Dev servers behind our firewall, so there is no direct access.

Any initial thoughts? If not I will look at moving it an accessible location.
