Problems with page preloader

For a while now I've had the template set-up with a page pre-loader, no problems.
Now I've turned on caching and the preloader keeps hanging and even in the administrator the save buttons don't work anymore unless I enter the JQuery command in the console.
I'm running the latest version of Joomla and have the latest update of the template. Does anyone have an idea how to solve? For now I've disabled the preloader.

Sounds like javascript conflict. Please make the site to show this issue and tell me the url to it. If site is live maybe You can create a copy where we can work on this problem.
