Header One Not Working

I installed Technews template and could not get the images from Header One to show up. Made sure everything was up to date and created a new module but same issue.

So, I installed the QuickStart Package on a test URL and the same problem. No images. See screen shot.

What could be the problem?

FYI, Header 2,3,4 seem to work on Quickstart while nothing works on original URL

Could you please provide me with a URL to your website, either here or via PM (click the “Private Message” text underneath my avatar) so that I may analyze it? It is a lot easier for us to diagnose issues when we have a live site to examine.

Thanks for the response but it appears I have it working after a lot of work. Frankly, I don't know why its nots working on one domain but for now it is working on the desired domain so it seems I am okay.
