Hotel template and Chronoforms

Hi

I'm using chronoforms V4 at http://www.west5web.co.uk/contact but can't get the form to send at all.

Are you aware of any conflicts with the template and Chronoforms that might be causing the problem?

Please switch template back to Beeze or Protostar and verify if the form is working fine then.
