CSS overrides

Every time i try to edit any of the css, my changes won't override. Tried it through FTP even with joomla still no luck.

Please help

you mean that file still have old content?
Or
your changes do not work?

If #1 - it means that you have server file rights problem
If #2 - you used wrong class/ID or forget to add !important
