Language accent not appearing properly in text

Hello,

On my website, when I add special accents of Hungarian language (Ő and Ű), everywhere on the template it appears correctly, however when I update text on the Solidres module, the text does not appear correctly. In stead of the correct accent showing, it shows a question mark (?).

Please advise how to correct.

If you check via backend - do the letters come in correct form or they are also changed to question marks?

When I type in the text it appears correctly, but as soon as I save it, the letter changes to a question mark. This is only when I type text in the Solidares module. For the rest of the template there are no problems.
Perhaps it does not support unicode text (UTF-8) .

Could you please verify if default Beeze/Protostar works fine?

Set the appropriate encoding in the database
Change latin1_swedish_ci

@Detyna might be right, it looks like your data is wrongly saved into database.
