Integrating Pay with Amazon with Quark

Hi,
We're using Pay with Amazon WooCommerce extension and it's work, except that it's not charging tax and shipping. I see in Amazon that this is because API callbacks and the orders have to be sent in XML.
I'm curious, does the Quark Theme enable for these API callbacks to be processed and this particular extension to work well with Amazon? Do you have any insight? It works great except for the one thing about tax and shipping not being charged.

We didn't test this extension with the Quark theme, could you please switch to any default theme, like Twenty Fifteen and check this feature? Let me know if it works properly.
