Error on Upload - now cant access or change

Uploaded through WordPress and went.
Then tried to activate and now i only see this:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare quark_widgets_init() (previously declared in D:\Hosting\11920517\html\aymm\wp-content\themes\Quark-Ecommerce-Child\functions.php:175) in D:\Hosting\11920517\html\aymm\wp-content\themes\quark\functions.php on line 362

Cant change it or get back into WordPress to remove/rectify.

Hello,

Did you activate the default Quark theme, then Quark Ecommerce Child and you can see only mentioned error? I can't see this problem on my installation, could you send me a private message with your website backend and FTP access? Then I'll be able to check the issue.
