Missing Widget Positions in Customize

I'm using the ecommerce child install & the associated xml data. Following the configuration guide, I'm trying to set up the Contact Details Widget and I don't see BOTTOM V widget, only Sidebar and Newsletter. I followed the install instructions and made sure I moved any existing widgets to "Inactive" before the install.

I have the "SeedProd Coming Soon Pro" plug-in active, so let me know if you need to access to see the Quark install.

The Bottom V widget area is not available on the frontpage, please set your widgets from the Dashboard directly or go to Customizer and navigate to i.e post/page then you should see the bottom widget areas.
