URGENT: Missing/invalid WXR version

Hello,
When I try to import the Quark xml file I am getting this error msg:

Sorry, there has been an error.
This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number

There is a version number in the xml file. Under <channel> there is this line:

Code: Select all

  <wp:wxr version>1.2</wp:wxr version>

Why is this import failing?
