Problem with Quark Theme download link

There appears to be a problem with Quark Theme download link. Clicking on gk_quark_J!3.zip displays the following error:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

It does appear to download properly, however, if I right-click the link and then select Download Linked File.

Hello,

It seems that you have clicked a link few minutes after opening the download page and the URL has been expired. Please try again open the download page and please init the package download directly after opening the download page.
