I have a problem with the image of the avatar . When I create a new user does not ask me to choose the image and therefore can not display the image in the user header of " About" . Can you suggest something ? thanks

Settings of user avatars may be changed in General -> Discussion section in your WordPress dashboard, WordPress doesn't allow to choose avatar when new user is creating. You can also use email address connected with the gravatar - then your avatar will be displayed automatically.
