The contact page - how to format it to be like demo

Hi,

I have been trying to get my contact page to look like in your demo of template Photo
Cannot find any place to do it
It now lists all under each other and not as it should

What have I forgotten to do?

OK found it
global contacts preferences
display as PLAIN and not anything else (i had slider)
