How to remove "Leave a Reply"

When creating a new page, how do we remove "Leave a Reply/post comment" at the bottom?
Here is the code but I do not see it in the Edit page.

Hi,

Please edit your page, click "Screen Options" on the right top corner and select "Discussion". Now the options to disable/enable comment should be visible under your page content.
