Contact & Reservation is not working

hi When i submit the contact form and Reservation i can't receive the mail. but when submit the form on the page got the message submit successfully. my web address is easternpalace.net. and i attached the mailserver settings

it is still not working I replaced the folders but it didn´t work out. It should been send to the main mailadress of the admin, right?

Yes, it should be send to the admin address, but only if you didn't add the mail attribute in your shortcode, please check thisr article:

Try to add this attirbute with your address:

I have the same problem, I worked on it for hours now. I don´t know whats wrong. I updated Contact and Reservation, but it still does not work. I just used the standard tags for it, like:

[GK_Reservation fields="date,time,size,email,name,phone,special" email="[email protected]" email_title="Vorbestellung ueber Website"]

I also tried without the email="" tag but it does also not work, what canna do? Please help me, the website is online for a few weeks and I don´t want to struggle around with it any more.

@marquise, could you send me a PM with backend and FTP access to your website? Maybe is something wrong with yoru smpt and wp_mail function doesn't work properly? Are you receiving other mails, i.e. comments notifications from your website?
