Locate/Change icons in short menu

Is there a way to easily change the icons that appear in the short menu on the home page ?
The default set up displays:
Our Story [icon of fork plate and knife]
Services [icon of bottle of wine and wine glass]
Gallery ext ext

Where are the icon's located in order to change them out/swap them with a different icon ?

There's also list of available icons. If it's not enough, you can also use Font Awesome icons instead:
