no responsive bg-image

Why are the bg-images not responsive and crop on mobile phones?
Could anybody helb me? Thanks to all in advance!!!

Sadly, this is how responsive background images works. Its browser standard behave as it tries to fill the image into given box (header) and if either width or height is to big, it is cropped out.
