Where is Template Options -> Advanced tab

Hello,

I need to enable css-overide so I can attempt to change the link color. I cannot find where this is at? I need be able to make the link color different than the primary color in the customize menu.

Hello,

The override css file is enabled by default in Events and our other new themes. (there's no Advanced settings tab)
