Hello,
The countdown in the Fest theme is a custom HTML from text widget, so you'll have to copy the structure, then copy the css (css/extensions.css css rules which begins with: gk-jscounter) and script which is placed in Fest/js/gk.scripts.js file (from this line: function GKCounter(el) { ... ).
