And Its the 2 wrong answer... The question is about how I can do to make people see the image without user, If I put the image in my page with information... the people who visit the site will want to go see what it says in the image or read the content.
At this moment they can't... because they need a user to login and see the content. (like I show you in the image attach)

It is possible to set the security o privacy of the widget.... ? .. So anyone can access and view the contents of the images published.. where I can change this.?

There's no need to login to see images.

Regarding your screenshot, images from the quickstart packages don't work, please upload new images and they should be visible for everyone (without log in),

Regarding the visibility of the widgets - you can set widget rule and widget may be visible only guests, or only for registered users:
