New Google No reCaptcha Not Working

I got an email today about the new "No reCaptcha" (https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/) from google and now the old image reCaptcha does not show up on my site. I currently disabled recaptcha so real people can still submit on my contact page for now.

Can someone provide a link or something to help me out? I got the new "No reCaptcha" displaying but it allows anyone to submit even if you do no check the box. Like it is not connected to the submit button. (https://www.sportwayne.com/contact-page/)
