Problem after upgrade to joomla 3.7

Hello,
after the upgrade to joomla 3.7 i cant see the tabs bellow the "Templates: Edit Style"
I try to install again the template but i got an error message.
What can i do to have back the tabs.

Did you install the latest version of University template? (3.22)

I'm having exactly the same problem since upgrading to 3.7.

University template version 3.22. Reinstalled and still the same issue.

Please refresh your browser's cache, because I can't see the problem - Template Options are visible.

For me it does not work.
I have the latest Template Updates and Joomla 3.7.2.
I tested it on a complette new installed computer. It does nto work. Is there another solution?

Have you cleared the CACHE (Ctrl+F5)?

Hello; Due to changing some University theme structures, I can't upgrade theme totally; So May you please tell me which files of new version should be replaced in order to fixing back-end panel issue (Gavern framework)?

Sure, these changes are added to gk_university/admin/scripts.js file.

I have got the same problem after update to 3.7.4. I am using the Steak House template.
Any ideas?

@m3graphic - did you update your theme to latest version, clear plugin, joomla and browser's cache?
