Not being abble to add 'comments' feat in Professor Lay Out

Hi There,
I've somehow managed to make the functionality of the comments section to dissappear: (probably edited some css lines which I cannot find now) Unfortunately my client wants the comment function in the 'professor' lay -out re-installed) Where do I need to search for my inconvenient editing in css/php?
