I opened a ticket with my hosting company's to understand why this error.
Hoster response: "Good morning, a check carried out on the signaling inform you that I could not find fault or error messages in log level. I think it's more, in the same hosting is published another site and in this the menu icon for the mobile sites can be seen properly, as you can see from the attached image.
What else could it be?
