Hi

I installed version gk_university_quickstart_J!3.zip sul sito http://www.sitijoomla.it/newsitenido/ without making any changes.

Checking the site with two smartphones not check the menu icon for the mobile site.

Attached screenshots of the your demo site and screenshots of the website where I just installed at the site you downloaded.

How can I do so that it is visible even on my bars menu for mobile sites?

Thank you

I guess there is a problem with your hosting company's server settings. It seams font files (woff, ttf, eot, svg) are not served correctly:
Code: Select all
Failed to decode downloaded font: http://www.sitijoomla.it/newsitenido/templates/gk_university/fonts/font-awesome/fontawesome-webfont.woff?v=4.2.0
OTS parsing error: incorrect file size in WOFF header

I opened a ticket with my hosting company's to understand why this error.
Hoster response: "Good morning, a check carried out on the signaling inform you that I could not find fault or error messages in log level. For this type of anomaly, given that happens on mobile devices, ask you kindly to contact support of the template used in order to ensure that it is fully responsive and therefore suitable for portable devices. I remain at your disposal for further clarifications Best regards"
I think it's more, in the same hosting is published another site and in this the menu icon for the mobile sites can be seen properly, as you can see from the attached image.
What else could it be?

Hmm, strange - so you are saying that some ftp manager might actually "damage" files while copying them?
What was the software name?

Ok, thanks for the info. Perhaps it is some particular setting that caused the problem... But basically, thanks for pointing this out and helping to solve this riddle ;).
