Where does the "request information" email go?

Where it says "Get info based on your study level". How do I get this to actually send the email to me for people that want to request info?

sorry but right now nowhere.
Again it's dummy form - > https://www.gavick.com/documentation/wp ... frame=true
You have to replace with real form based on for example Joomla Form Creators like : BreezingForms, RSForms, JSN UniForm etc.
and insert there a form module or shortcode from component.
Or use there php module with your sending form code.
