University Qucik Start configuration

Hi guys,

I recently bought the university template and wanted to install the quickstart package but unfortunately it doesnt work at some point. It fails to work when i get to the page where i have to configure the database details. Why is this so and how can i rectify it? I am using Joomla 3

Thanks for your help.I did that but still cant proceed past the database configuration page. Could you be having an way out

my university quickstart template is taking time to install. it take about 3 hours i just have to cancel it any help please

@Nodman - honestly -I have no idea - it seems like hosting issue. Which step exactly is problematic? Which version of Quickstart (J2.x? J3.x?) is problematic?
