Missing template menu in backend

Hi, after 3.7.2 upgrade I can't see the menu in template admin in backend.
I've downloaded the latest version of the template and installed it but the problem still remain.
I've a couple of js errors but I can't understand how to fix them.

Have You update template to the latest version ? If yes than clear browser cache to use newer files.

You have to make the changes to script.js AND erase the browser cache.

Yes, that's one way to do it, but templates has been updated with this fix already, so updating/override existing template should be enough as well.
