Image resizing issue

The uploaded image is of high quality as you can see here (http://staging.valleygreentea.com.au/gr ... n-tea.html )
The same image appears to be very fuzzy both on the category page (http://staging.valleygreentea.com.au/bu ... ducts.html ) and front page listing (http://staging.valleygreentea.com.au/ )

We replay on the images to demonstrate our product quality. I also need this to be resolved before I systematically redo all the images (many and time consuming!).

In VM image settings change the size of thumb image to a bigger one. At least 400px for better effect.
