Hikashop vs Storefront

Hello,

I just installed the Storefront template on my website (www.kenaniahltd.com) but not able to display products at all using the documentation on your website. Can you guide me how I can display products on the website as I didn't see anywhere in your documentation that refers to Hika Content at all.

Many thanks.

There are black stripes on both sides of the images even with the background being white. Is there any setting responsible for this in the News Show Pro GK5?

Please try to enable image auto-size option under the Thumbnails section.

Thanks. Image issue is resolved.

1. Use the TABX, product display shows £0 instead of the correct sales price

2. How do I display products using the entire page instead of the tab position. Something similar to http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/storefr ... ccessories

2. It is a hikashop category view like here: http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/storefr ... ts-jackets - you should create a menu item for it.

2. I have added a menu but the thumbnail sizes are massive and the display is completely different from http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/storefr ... egory-view. Has there been a customisation? How do I reduce the size of the thumbnails?

Hello All,

I would like to put it on record that the support from Gavick is appalling. Even after making an international call to speak with somene (Lee by name) who promised to get my request to someone's urgent attention, I only got an update 3 days after allbeit over the weekend. If I had known that this is the way the support would have been for the Storefront template, I would have not have paid my hard earned money to but this template.

I had to buy a new template and not at all happy with the type of support service offered. You have a completely dissatisfied customer here.

Regarding your issue - please attach link to your first point, because your attachment is not available.

Regarding the second question - you should use code like below:

}


As a max-width property value, you can use a percentage value or the pixels value - depends from your preferences.
