Need to change Google Analytics for remarketing

Hi,

I need to customize Google Analytics code to allow remarketing (in Google Adwords).

Changes needed are here: https://support.google.com/analytics/an ... 4872?hl=en

Can somebody point me in the right direction where can I modify this.
