When i try to upload this John Template to my Joomla, i get an error message that it's unable to find Joomla.xml, or there is even no error message, it just returns to begin screen. Any ideas?

Indeed, when i try on a different server (from myself) it works flawless. But when i try to do this on the server of the customer i get not but issues. When i try to install modules/components/templates. Any idea?

You claim: "maybe something wrong with server".....a wild guess, what it could be?

Hard to say.
Sometimes it's good idea to install whole site with all external modules and components - make a backup (Akeeba) then recover site on weaker (2nd) server in most cases it will work.
