Add menue item

I would like to add a new main menue item and want rename gkHeader to "top".

I have created a new module but I can not combine it with menue item.

How to do?

Just for someone who may look in this thread for answer. You need to check what module position this module is published in, than in the panel from screen above put an alias which will be visible in url right next to used module position.
