SQL and formatting error

Hi, We just installed the new GK5 news show and when we publish it to our website we get the following error.

SQL=SELECT content.id AS iid FROM j3du8_content AS content WHERE content.state = 1 AND content.access IN (1,1) AND ( content.publish_up = '0000-00-00 00:00:00' OR content.publish_up <= '2014-03-11 04:01:13' ) AND ( content.publish_down = '0000-00-00 00:00:00' OR content.publish_down >= '2014-03-11 04:01:13' ) ORDER BY content. DESC LIMIT 0,12;

Also the module loading appears with all the scripts. (as per screenshot) any ideas on how to fix this?

Did you use version for Joomla! 3 for sure? Please try to re-download module and install again.
