404 errors

Hi there, my website is getting countless 404 error urls which have /feed on the end of each post like the attached. I believe it could very well be the theme generating this /feed to each post perma-link. Attached is what google webmaster tools is generating. Basically every single page on google webmaster tools shows that the url has a /feed at the end but the feed should be domainofsite.com/feed unless I am missing something. Any ideas on this one? Are you using any additional feed plugins? Could you send me a private message with backend access to your website?

Hi Piotr, just sent through the PM there now. The site is live so please do not deactivate any plugins straight away as this could cause issues. I do not have any other feed plugins that I know of actually. Thanks for your time.
