Adding unique tab content to each category on my site?

Hi there, I need to add in a tabs section per category. As you can see on my demo site here: http://www.jamjosandbox.com/mag/ I have 5 or 6 categories on my site. Right now you can see the tab widget on the homepage and I know how to show it just there and add a new one for the next category, However it seems in the backend dashboard I can only add unique tabs for 3 categories because there are only 3 tab widget areas?

How would I have a unqiue tab for each category here and only show it on that category of course. As I say I can do it for 3 but not all due to lack of widgets.

You can use another widget areas or add new widget area, please check this article:
